We at Nabila are here to provide that service. Our services are customised for you. We can provide the fabric or do the hand embroidery on the fabric that you provide. Our hand embroidery service is also available for cushion covers, bed covers, curtains, table covers etc. Any design on any fabric – all customised for you. There is no minimum order requirement. We cater for small and large volume orders. We are currently updating the product catalogue and by the 27th of January many more product images will be uploaded in our virtual catalogue. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - I do not want all over embroidery like the traditional dresses but a little bit along the sides and only for one dress. Is it possible?
Yes. We understand that in your western style evening or bridal wear you wish to have a touch of eastern hand embroidery. Ask your tailor to draw the dress outline on the fabric and specify the area where the embroidery should be done. Embroidery needs to be done before the fabric is cut into shape. This is because the fabric needs to be placed in a frame for the embroidery work and it is often not possible if the fabric is already cut.
- I have a dress on which I would like some hand embroidery work to be done. Is it possible?
It depends on the type of work. Most of the times it is possible. However it depends on the type of work and the part of the dress where you want the embroidery. Please contact us about the specific dress and we will be able to suggest you further.
- If I draw up a design, can you do it?
Yes. If you have some design of your choice, just send us the drawing and we will do it for you. You can specify the type of beads, stone and threads to use.
- Is the embroidery hand or machine work?
Each of them is hand made. This is why we can customise each order no matter how small or large the volume is. In machine work, there is always a minimum order to cover the cost for the stencil. We have no such requirement.
- How long does it take to complete an order?
This depends on the amount of work involved. However a conservative figure is between six to eight weeks. Before we take an order, we will give you a rough time frame.
- How much does is cost?
There are a number of factors that affect the pricing of the work. It depends on the quality of stone, beads, fabric and complexity of the work. Please contact us for a quote.
